Megan is like a physical therapist, yoga teacher, breathing expert, life coach, and massage therapist all in one!
As a movement and yoga therapist, mindfulness coach, and bodyworker, Megan maintains a diverse private practice, working with people from many walks of life, tailoring programs to suit their specific needs. Drawing from a wide variety of experience working with individuals ranging in age from two to ninety-two, she recognizes that most people's yoga practice won't consist of putting their foot behind their head or doing a handstand in the middle of the room. And she understands that those goals don't really matter! What does matter is feeling good, having energy, sleeping well, and being inspired to keep on going.
Many people choose to work privately with Megan as a way to manage chronic pain and injury, gain flexibility and strength, discover and remedy unconscious holding patterns and postural habits, gain a greater understanding of their bodies and yoga practice, become more productive and creative in life and at work, simply de-stress, and to maintain optimum health and wellbeing.
